Usually, it takes 4-5 days for us to get everything ready to pick-up or ship out. Please allow 3-7 business days for trucking company delivery. In the event of out-of-stock items, we will contact you for reasonable design alternative, or approximate restocking time for your consideration. We will try our best to fulfill your order, Stock availability changes every day, so it is a good idea for you to confirm your order as soon as possible Orders will begin to process upon 15% deposit.

Yes. Insides of the cabinets are in a very pretty clean color, and all the panels/plywood are cover and polished with smooth face. They are in original wood color. They look clean and are easy to keep clean.

Drawer glides are made of regular steel and painted in milk white to keep clean and anti-rust. Some of the models have stainless steel with full-extension guides. They look awesome...

Sorry, no. We only provide the cabinets ,If you choose glass frame to feature your kitchen, Glass WILL NOT included in quote or available for shipping. You will need to purchase the glass locally.

We are doing our best to stock the most popular styles. We will have new every once in a while. We can't customize the styles.

The boxes (carcasses) of the cabinets are 1/2" Plywood and the fronts are Solid wood, we don't use any melamine, particle board or MDF.

We ship all of our cabinets by freight. They are packed individually on a pallet and delivered to your door. You will receive a call as to when to expect delivery.

Cabinets are packaged unassembled in a box.

Yes. When you purchase a cabinet you will receive all of the needed items for its construction.

Toe kick is needed for all base cabinets, Skins, panels & fillers may be needed, depends on your layout.
Assembly & Installation

All of our cabinets are very easy to assemble. No previous experience is required.
A wall cabinet takes about 5-10 minutes to assemble, while a base cabinet should take 10-15.
Naturally the first few cabinets may take longer, but once you get the hang of it, the rest will be a breeze.

Shipping Questions

Orders are usually ship within 72 hours. If we are extremely busy it may take longer but we will make sure to prioritize our queue according to your needs.
If you are in extreme rush please indicate that and we will do our best to ship it sooner.
Please note that special order items are subject to a longer lead time.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your shipment at any given time and get an updated delivery date and time.
Remember that sometimes it takes the carrier’s system up to 24 hours to update, so if you just received your tracking number it may not be available for tracking immediately.

Yes we do. Shipping to the nearest terminal in Canada is priced at $499.00.
If you live in northern Canada or in a rural area, and you don’t have a terminal in your area the cost of shipping will might change, but those are very rare scenarios.
Assuming you live in or near a major city you shouldn’t have to worry about it, but for a definite answer you can send us your postal code to get a firm shipping quote.

Remember, the cost of the sample door will be refunded upon placing an order or upon the return of the sample door, so you don’t risk anything in case you don’t like them.

You can order as many sample doors as you want. There is a reduced additional fee for S&H for each door (as the shipping cost increases as well). However, you can get a refund for the cost of the doors (including shipping) upon placing an order or simply when you return the doors to us.

We usually ship sample door the same business day, or the following one if an order is placed after 02:00 pm PST.

We have two methods of shipping:
Express: will be delivered in 1-2 business days after the day you placed the order.
Ground: will be delivered in 3-4 business days after the day you placed the order.
